Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and The Hiring Blueprint ("we", "us", "our"), the provider of the website, hiring templates, coaching, and related digital products available at thehiringsystem.co (the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a package, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. What you are buying

We sell one-time digital packages (Starter, Premium, Ultimate) that include downloadable templates, written guidance, access to a private community, and — depending on the package — coaching calls and email support. The specific contents of each package are described on the pricing page. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use the materials for your own internal hiring purposes.

4. Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By completing a purchase you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms, which govern payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics. Prices are shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes based on your location, which Paddle calculates and remits.

5. Refunds

We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee on every package. Full details are in our Refund Policy. Refund requests are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense or publicly share the templates, videos, or other materials;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the Service or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it;
• upload malware, spam, infringing content, or content that violates anyone else's rights;
• share your account credentials with people outside of your business.

7. Intellectual property

All materials provided through the Service — including templates, written content, software, branding, and design — are owned by The Hiring Blueprint or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. The licence granted in Section 3 does not transfer any ownership rights. You retain ownership of any information or content you upload, and you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Service availability and warranties

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and all materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Hiring outcomes depend on many factors; we do not guarantee that you will hire any particular candidate or achieve any specific business result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (such as for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence).

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, present a fraud or security risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, liability and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where the changes are material, give reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to The Hiring Blueprint's principal place of business, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
