30 day money-back guarantee

The Hiring Blueprint (trading as The Hiring System) offers a 30 day money-back guarantee on every package — Starter, Premium and Ultimate. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. There are no forms to fill in and no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, which means Paddle processes payments, issues invoices, and handles refund requests on our behalf.

To request a refund, you can either:

  • Visit paddle.net and use the receipt or order number from your confirmation email to start a refund request directly with Paddle; or
  • Reach out to us via our contact page and we will help arrange the refund through Paddle.

Please include the email address you used at checkout and your Paddle order or transaction ID if you have it. This helps us locate your order quickly.

How refunds are processed

Once a refund is approved, Paddle will return the full amount you paid to the original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card provider, but it is typically within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation from Paddle when the refund has been issued.

Any applicable sales tax or VAT that was charged at checkout is included in the refund.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued for a package, your access to that package's templates, community, and any related coaching is ended. We may revoke access to the corresponding materials in the members area.

Beyond 30 days

Refund requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase date fall outside this guarantee. They will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are handled directly by Paddle under Paddle's standard refund policy.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits or affects any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
